- 1 package spice cake mix 15.25 ounces
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 ounces
- 2 tsp apple pie spice
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup warm water
- 2 cups peeled cored, and diced baking apples
Preheat your oven to 350°F and get your bundt pan ready by greasing and dusting it with flour—no sticking allowed!
In a big mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, apple pie spice, sour cream, oil, eggs, vanilla, and water.
Use an electric mixer to blend everything together until smooth—about 2 minutes should do it. Gently fold in the apples to keep them nice and chunky.
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and pop it in the oven. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for about 20 minutes before flipping it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
When it’s time to serve, add a little flair with a dusting of powdered sugar, a drizzle of salted caramel sauce, and maybe even a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy every bite!
