Ingredients

  • 1 package spice cake mix 15.25 ounces
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 ounces
  • 2 tsp apple pie spice
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 2 cups peeled cored, and diced baking apples

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and get your bundt pan ready by greasing and dusting it with flour—no sticking allowed!
  • In a big mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, apple pie spice, sour cream, oil, eggs, vanilla, and water.
  • Use an electric mixer to blend everything together until smooth—about 2 minutes should do it. Gently fold in the apples to keep them nice and chunky.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared pan and pop it in the oven. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for about 20 minutes before flipping it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  • When it’s time to serve, add a little flair with a dusting of powdered sugar, a drizzle of salted caramel sauce, and maybe even a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy every bite!
